Uniforms

Darling Downs Adventist College's uniform provides our students with not only a practical, everyday uniform but also an important sense of identity and belonging. We ask parents for assistance in instilling in students a sense of pride in presenting well in uniform to school each day.

Sports uniform is worn on Sport days as well as PE days, as per the student timetable.

UNIFORM STANDARD

Darling Downs Adventist College is committed to wearing our full uniform with pride. Students act as school ambassadors when wearing our school uniform, both inside and outside the school environment – this includes travelling to and from school, as well as excursions and sporting events.

High standards are upheld with regard to dress and appearance, and staff regularly check to ensure students are wearing the correct uniform in a tidy manner.

• Kindy children to wear DDAC Kindy polo shirt, with navy bottoms and school bucket hat.

• Prep students to wear DDAC sport uniform Monday through Friday (no formal uniform).

• Primary & Secondary students wear Sports Uniform 2 days and Formal Uniform for 3 days each week. Students will be informed on which days they are to wear formal uniform, and which days they are required to wear the sports uniform as per the current timetable.

All items of clothing should be clearly named so that they can be readily recovered from lost property and returned to the owner.
