Our upper primary and junior secondary students thoroughly enjoyed the recent school visit by Questacon. Students used iPads to solve a variety of science problems including investigating the force of gravity. Gathering in small groups, the students had to formulate a solution to a real world problem and test their ideas using a number of provided objects. The emphasis was on having a go and discovering that failure can be a positive thing - if you learn from your mistakes! All the students had a lot of fun and learnt some great life skills.
