The past two months have seen significant progress on the building site.

Progress on site includes:

• ·Structural steel practically complete
• ·Ground floor wall framing completed and wall lining completed
• ·Roof trusses installed
• ·Services rough-in for electrical and mechanical on ground floor completed
• ·Remaining stairs, ramps and walkways poured
• ·Roof sheeting installed & completed
• ·External cladding progressing
• ·Installation of doors and window frames practically complete
• ·Solar panel framing and panels installed
• ·External soffits completed
• ·Services rough in for electrical and mechanical on first floor completed
• ·Brick work all completed
• ·Wall lining to first floor progressing
• ·Steel walkway structures installed - roof sheeting currently being finalised
