The weather was sunny and warm, the grass was soft and green and it could only mean one thing ... spring time! This year, Mickayla and Travis (our school captains) had the privilege of holding the annual Bring on Spring picnic around the new secondary building. So, of course, there was much excitement! All the primary students were thrilled to get to play in the high school area and Mrs Jeanine Sandy got everyone singing and moving to Disney songs. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we could not share food. However, some classes went to great lengths to put together little pre-packaged snack bags to hand out. Not only was it a great way to welcome spring but it was also a great way to celebrate the beautiful surrounds of the new building and mingle with different grades.
