Steps to Enrol

Should you require additional information regarding the enrolment procedure please contact Administration at admin@ddcs.qld.edu.au or on (07) 4659 1111.

Step 1

Complete the Enrolment Form and ensure all signatures are completed by both parents if applicable.

Step 2

Please attach the following documents:

  • A copy of the child's Birth Certificate (for Prep and Year 1 students only)
  • A copy of the child's most recent school report (all students)
  • Any additional medical/scholastic information not provide on the Enrolment Form, which may affect your child's enrolment (all students)
  • The child's Learner Unique Identifer Number - LUI No. (for Year 10 onwards)

Post or deliver all of the above documents to (ensure all documents are completed, signed and enclosed):

Step 3

On receipt of the above documents, an assessment is made as to the availability of vacancies.

  • An educational assessment may be conducted if necessary.
  • An interview with the Principal will be arranged if a vacancy is available.
  • Prep applicants will require an interview with the Prep teacher.
  • You will be notified in writing of your child’s official acceptance within a week after completion of our enrolment procedure.
Step 4

Upon acceptance, you are required to finalise your child’s enrolment by paying a non-refundable Lodgment Fee of $100.00. You will be provided with a booklist, with books available from Browns Office Choice and school uniform to be purchased from the school’s onsite Uniform Shop.

Step 5

The student commences classes. Congratulations!
